Dave W Very windy day today. Hadn't felt much like doing the run at all, but glad I did, because I enjoyed it. Went off at a steadier pace, and really just fast jogged it through, but it seemed to work, and wasn't that far off a decent pace. Quite pleased given my recent lack of training. Next one's the last one. Might do a bit of traing for that one.
