Dave W Very warm night, but a bit of a strong breeze down the river. Made it quite hard on the way back in. I went through the first mile sub 6:40, which was a bit too fast. Made it a bit difficult for the rest, as any speed I did have just faded away, but despite this, I'm not unhappy with the time. Gives me something to aim for next time.
