MadJonny PB by almost 12 mins! Hoped to get sub-40 but struggled in the heat and didn't want to push too hard with a lot of training scheduled over the coming weeks. Nice course - not too hilly. I've run a faster pace in a half marathon and can probably go a couple of minutes quicker in cooler conditions. Met Too Much Water who had come straight from a party and was still in his fancy dress outfit. Failed to persuade him to run in it.

superchip the first time i've run it, even though i only live 3 miles away, not a bad little run but lacks support along the way, i think they should organise it on carnival day so as to have a better crowd through the village, i think the heat caught alot of people out, started abit faster than i planned to but finished strong so i think i could have run quicker. overall a good training run.
