Baza Good night for running and it looked like a good turnout. This was one of my clubs championship races this year as well and i ended up 4th counter. Good feed afterwards. Quick with the prize giving as well. Ran better than expected.

Big Al Widepants Three loops of a country park. Nice scenery but the 300m hill at the end of each loop was a killer - especially at the end. Rich J ran the race jet-lagged and there is no better feeling than catching and passing him at 5K mark. He did 50 mins or so. Kerrrching!

Debstir Last year's time was 55:26min so got to beat that! Doubt I'll get a good a time as last Sunday though... Or then again I could beat it! Started my watch before the start line (I was at the back as usual!) so my 'official' time will probably be slower. For such a flat course I found it quite hard, as the faster runners pass in quite a few places. A friend said her GPS measured the course at 6.48 miles.
