Grey Badger A very tough route over some of the remotest areas of North Northumberland. It lived up to its reputation, rough terrain over moor, bog and heather, very cold, wet underfoot and windy. Finished 13th out of 45. Twisted ankle in river crossing at mile 6 and struggled the rest of the route. Also fatigued with coming straight off night shift to race. Should have more sense.
