Big Jim What a day, fantastic organisation, electronic chip timing, unbelievable scenery, refreshments en-route, quality medal and two free pints on finishing. All this and no entry fee whatsoever! Oh and my actual run, gruelling hills, dehydration, running spells reduced to infrequent painful shuffles and muscle damage that will probably be permanent. On balance a superb experience.
