Alex Patton 122/192. Ouch. I knew this wasn't going to be brilliant after 2 weeks with minimal running, but I wasn't expecting the stich-filled world of pain that it turned out to be! Oh well, things can only get better from here. An excellent course was a definite plus point

Alun 1st crack at the Kent League since October 2008, looks like a nice tough course with lots of hills Blimey that was tough, 1st steep hill after about 300 metres and they just kept on coming - 4 short, steep hills and 3 long hills - absolutely shattered....
