Alun Set myself a target pace and tried to stick to it, ran slightly too quickly for the first 4½ laps but settled down and banged out the next 6 laps as planned, dropped off by a few seconds on the penultimate lap before finishing strongly. Very happy to finish with the silver medal and first M55, back tomorrow for the 1500m! 💪💪
