Alun My hamstring is quite uncomfortable now but there were only two in the race after a couple of other athletes withdrew, I backed off and ran well within myself to take the silver in 5:28.79. Not the way that I wanted to finish the track season but it's been great throughout, now I can start looking forwards to the cross country...
