Alun That was tough, it was windier than yesterday and I also had yesterday's 5000m in my legs. Went with the early pace, fourth at the first bend and eased into second place after 300m, kept pushing but slipped off of the pace on the third lap. Passed by Tony Tuohy but hung onto him for the final lap, pushed hard and crossed the line in third place but first M50. 🏅🏃🏼‍♂️ 5:00.25 is a PB and M55 club record, very pleased with my weekend's efforts; now we move on to the cross country!!
