Kennington Fun Run

MarkC A great local run, on a beautiful, but undulating course round the trails of Bagley Wood, made more challenging by muddy and uneven conditions underfoot. Not sure the exact distance, but it was 5k-ish. Came 17th! Splits show I got quicker and quicker, although first mile was thrown off by having to go up and down the steps of a footbridge over the (incredibly noisy!) A34! A good, friendly atmosphere, I enjoyed watching all the kiddies finish! Very different event to what I'm used to, but all the basics done well. This one's really worth pitching up for!

Waveydavey Started with fast pack, but quickly faded and shed places thereafter. Finished 13th. Good event.
