Baza The race starts at 1pm. This is a trail race around Blairadam Forest, and last time I ran it, it was marked out with flour and tape attached to trees. Entries will be taken on the day in the Forestry Commission Car Park which is accessed from the Kelty side of the Forest. From Dunfermline exit the M90 motorway at Kelty, turn left, follow the road for about 200 metres and the forest entrance is on the right hand side. There is no changing facilities, it’s a case of come ready to run, but their is plenty bushes!!!!. Race wise, I managed just over 42 minutes at this race back in June, but I'm in better form now, hopefully should manage 40 minutes.*UPDATE* Race was changed from previous years due to works in the forest so it was only 5.3 miles. Started quite well but ended up taking it easier than I normally would have. Quite muddy in places and its certainly hilly!! Still always a good one too do though.
