Lieutenant Lucerne Time per watch. A testing 2 lap course, with a few undulations and two 180deg turns in the section in the park. Slowed a bit in the 4th mile, but managed to pick up the pace again to finish slightly faster than predicted.

Ruggy Twisted my ankle at about 100m & I was worried that I may have to pull out, I was limping for another 50m or so but it seemed to ease up after that. (However I am suffering this morning) anyway glad I didn't pull up as I ran a new PB.
