phal That was a tough run. Course was lovely and scenic, but the wind was a killer! Felt as if I was running on the spot at times... and did worry about getting blown over! It's a very undualting course, with some long stretches of ups... Was aiming for a faster time, but realised at 4 mile point that it just wasn't going to be! Enjoyed the run (she says now while sitting on sofa!) but boy did my body hurt when I'd finished! Still, 7th lady and 1st unattatched female, so not too bad.

two_tailed_pasha Ouch. This hurt. Glad I made it round as that was the plan all along but the wind was so strong I felt like it was going to blow me off my feet at times. Delighted I covered 10miles for the first time.
