automatic shoes Nice race - course not too scenic at times, but very flat, and it was good to finish on the track. Went off quite fast - 3 miles in under 25 mins - and didn't really slow much over second half. My best 10k of the year by well over 1 minute, but I've still come away disappointed at not dipping under 52. I'm hard to please !

SUPERWOMAN63 Completion of races seems to work for me more than time at the moment, however l will try my very best to WIN or run a tad faster. Remember l will be surrounded by REAL athletes !! Well l have had a cold and felt lousy all week BUT l was determined to have a go. Weather was nice and l felt great up to mile 5, felt a bit breathless last mile but l got there safely, nice t-shirt and medal. See you next year xX
