robrea Ipswich Jaffa X/C 53-12 League finished 2nd. Been looking forward to this race as the conditions are almost identical to the farmers field that I run around a million times a year in training! The weather was cool and damp, the course was pretty slippery in places but almost the same as last year just slightly longer as a few extra hills were added. Felt absolutely amazing today for some reason, averaged 5-41 per mile which is a x/c record for me. Fingers crossed we will get a good turn out in the last fixture and secure third spot in the league.
