Spally Not sure I will get a PB in this - got a touch of plantar fasciatis after the 5K last week, so it will depend on how stiff it gets this week. however saying that the training run on Saturday went like a dream. Just outside my PB - never mind although did manage to get to 3.5k without my heel starting to ache forcing me to walk. Very warm out but a great atmosphere
