SimonF Disappointing time, but OK as a Half Marathon speed session. Seemed much more crowded than the last couple of races and took 10 seconds longer for the first kilometre. Never made it up though, and was slowing down throughout the race. Guess I will have to do specific 5k schedules if I want to beat 20 minutes again here.
