boulders Absolutely no training whatsoever. Heavy rain and a cold headwind. I wlked about 8 of the 20 as a pacing strategy trying to keep strength for the better tracks nearer the end yellow brick road and the tarmac section.The bike was a mare - a whole hour outside my target time. I just had no strength in me legs.
