scrappy excellent race, would do again, weather pending....landed on ankle after jumping over bog at 4 mile ish, so was more careful after that, pleased with result as hardly ran this week, no sleep the night before because of back & hip, extra strong painkillers did the trick!!

Heelandcoo First fell race! Think I enjoyed it but not sure I would have said that during the race though. I even fell over - surprised it was just the once as the terrain was really hard work.
