GD Have to say I didn't really enjoy this, which is a shame, as it's nice and local. A part of the course involved running across a field, which was very lumpy & full of cowpats! I'd be surprised if there weren't several ankle injuries sustained there - this was followed by a very narrow towpath back along the river. I'll give it another go one day - maybe I just had a particularly bad hangover that day!
