bevunit 8.23, 8.13, 8.30, 8.55, 9.32, 9.35, 1.48. Conclusion - need to do more long runs. Pretty pleased with under 55mins. Fairly flat course round the country lanes. The rain overnight had caused quite a bit of flooding meaning we all got very wet feet. The last mile was a long gentle uphill though which combined with the galeforce wind I found really hard. Could have had a free massage at the end which looked really good but I had to dash off.
