TecT Going to go flat out for my first sub 50 PB.... but as it's each way along the seafront, the wind on the day might play a factor! UPDATE: Woo hoo!!!!! 49:57 - so scraped in by the skin of my teeth. REALLY hard work, and felt awful from about 4km onwards.... but I'll take the PB anyway!

themookid As always a great race to take part in. A great course, oganised brilliantly and a unique atmosphere thanks to the Dutch. Have to be pleased with my time on the day but I know I am quicker than that but have lost a fair bit of fitness of late. A great battle with another guy over last 3k and managed to out kick him. It turned out to be a warm run but the sea breeze took the edge off and couldnt of hoped for better conditions.
