themookid 5.2 mile course mainly around slightly undulating field edges and tracks. Some boggy grass and mud. Desperatly trying to shift my cold I didnt decide to run until this morning. Found it tough going (especially as it was difficult to breath!) but am pleased with 80th considering. I went off quickly again but did slow down again over the second lap. Glad I decided to run.

Tom Tom Really enjoyed this one (and not just because it was organised by the best little running club in the world!). 5.27 miles of excellent, scenic course and good weather. 11th place this time, so edging nearer that top 10...
