BenDy Frozen ground made for an interesting run. Was very careful following a turned right ankle just before xmas but this didn't stop me turning the left ankle at 3 miles, managed to hobble back. A race best forgotten!

Hills of Death (HOD) Went ok felt good, 65/89 felt the pain in 2nd mile last few miles just over 7 min miling fairly tough course ground frozen. We won close fought well done Saffron see you there next week.
