Vicksta Hmm, just back from my hols having stuffed myself all week (most likely). We shall see!! UPDATE Well, first proper 5K for 2 years. Set off way too fast and was in lead for first 1K. Then settled into 2nd for most of the race. The nasty hill really slowed me down and Jenny, white socks and Sharon overtook me there. But then I surged ahead again down the hill, but all three overtook me on the uphill sprint finish. The eventual winner commented I had set a blistering pace at the start. Hopefully with better pacing I can improve next time. Pleased with time, but still a bit disappointed that my hillwork let me down. Beat my old 5K time by 2 mins on a tougher course. KM splits from sportstracks: 4:06, 4:08, 4:38, 5:01, 4:19
