Kieren *Time TBC* Undulating course that was better marked out than I thought it would be. Running through a badly rutted field ws a scary experience for my ankles but I made it in one piece. Ran with a Clapham Chasers girl for a bit which was fun but she dropped me on the hill. In fact I was pretty weak on the hills, even walking for a bit up one. Finished tired but well.
