Micky Two Pints Hoping that this will be my first race for a couple of years (depending on other events clashing). I've put a few kg's on since 2007 so I'm not expecting much. Anything under an hour would be good. Not entered yet, going to see how the training goes first and see if another (non running) event takes priority on this date.

mappy Wonderful run. Hill a bit ough but beautiful setting. well organised and good support at beginning and end and by marshals around the course.More local runners than club runners so very low key. Well worth a visit next year plus there is a 3k run beforehand for youngsters/children.
