Jezzer Really enjoyed the run, felt strong right from the start. I'm sure the course was a bit short though. I ran well but not quite that well!

Kev Scone following the longest taper ever, a season of over eating and now man flu a PB is looking unlikely, unless it snows and i can ski round tied onto Dave. Am doing the fun run on the saturday with my daughter too :) ****UPDATE, Wow, the rest and long taper + little jog out with the sconette yesterday seem to have combined well - HUGE thanks must go to DaveA who remarkably got me round sub 50 without killing me (just!) Well done for believeing in me those who betted :-D
