chewitt Flat route will be going for a PB (Hopefully) Haddi will hear the flat feet on his shoulder.( Update route has changed from last year and is now approx 3.36 miles will still try for a PB, i have added 30 secs for the extra mileage)Update course change, just over 3 mile , very hot, was able to do a PB.

Haddi :-) going to try and beat 20 mins, will be pleased if i do.(may need a pace maker, Any kenyan's available )***update*** going to be hard but i will try and do it, *** update on race distance*** just measured the route on map my run and it is approx 3.4 mile so will take race time a 5k rather than finishing time. course was different and was 3.11 miles. was going for time but the heat was to much, sorry to anyone who bet on me.i will beat 20 mins this year.
