Bambie Two laps of hilly of road track. First lap was nice and gentle, 500 metres from finish, had to stop as my back was hurting again. ARRRRGH! very frustrating! Didn't bother looking at the time, what's the point of getting even more upset!..Weather hot. Frame of mind 6/7
Haverhill RC
Longy Not my best, but then had a few miles already in my legs. Great course of 2 laps, if cooler would have been easier. Lots of long straight hills. 1.5 mile long hill at the end. As start time was confusing probably spent too long waiting to start.
