Dvorak An appointment with the raggedy edge has been booked. Update: A lovely day for a run :-). Record field today: despite being reasonably organised I still arrived at the coo's tail - still, actually before the start this time. Started at the back and wove through the tail over the first 300m and passed a few more up to the back stretch. Concerned I may have started a bit enthusiastically. Kept it brisk but steady, moved through a few more places, but coming down the back hill reckoned I was outside PB. So surprised and delighted with end result! Not all out CV wise but legs a little heavy. Reckon there is more to come and I seem to be pacing races quite well - though it didn't feel like it 2/3rds of the way round. (Watch time.)
