Sunbed Athlete 4 laps of the towns Victory park with just under 200 mts added on as its 1200 mts right round on a good tarmac path.A tad breezy on the south part of the park. Decent enough time considering the training im putting in @ the mo. Sorry for whoever betted on me.Not in shape I was when I ran PB. Great for my son Caine(Sunbed Jnr) who took 3 secs off his race PB & 42 secs off from his Time Trial time from last month.
