Benson Twisted left ankle after about 3.5miles, ran it off & managed to finish. Pretty painfull at end though bloody happy to make it round.

SimonF AL Fell Race 16.8m/4830' - Obviously wildly optimistic on the time. Second half was really tough and I died on the last 3 climbs. Revived by flapjack at the trig point and finished OK
