Steiny Very happy with a 9 second improvement on last year.Didnt set out to push it too hard due to Stuc o 'Chroin tomorrow but got sucked along as usual.Heard Baza hunting me down in the last 200 mtrs but just kept my head up and tried to keep the legs going.

Plussing As Which Wow, that was fun! Chuffed with time after a hard week of training at a speed much faster than my poor legs are used to. And almost no pain from the battered toes!

Son of a Pronator Man No prediction - this race is a real test, down, then up, the down again. An intense and lungbursting experience. Passing Carnegie's statue is a great feeling, its downhill all the way from there. Post Race Update - Exactly the same time to the secnd as last year. One more year on the calender, nothing more on the clock ! That's a result.:)
