Baza Good run on a tough course. Felt the lack of hill/speed training taking its toll in the last 400, but managed to hold on.

Son of a Pronator Man Heavy rain and very wet must have added a few seconds on. 5s slower than last time. Dissapointing. Also I ran 3 miles to get to the race, maybe that was a facor as well
