But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. tiger-turnbull i have no idea what to put down, as i have never ran on anything other than roads and this will be a whole new experience for me. if it was on the road then around the 43minute mark off road ?????????? well it was everthing and a little more than i expected and the pond was freezing which went up to waist deep in places and i think i had half a ton of mud on my trainers. great run - although nowhere near my pb time
