paskha I'm not sure whether I will run this TEMPO or STEADY or EASY, cos of lack of training & NO speedwork for months ... my only recent Tempo run was 9:45 pace, although that pleased me immensely, it is nowhere near PBs - I'm getting a lift to Falmouth - should go cos I have an award to collect, 3rd FV55 (Cornish Grand Prix 2007 awards after the Mob Match) and cos I haven't seen anyone for MONTHS ....apres notes ... beautiful MILD SUNNY day, lovely course as always round Swanpool & Pendennis (up & down), enjoyed it, went as fast as I could without going totally all out, so am clearly
