Falmouth 10K

paskha 15th 10K / 2nd Falmouth 10K. Cornish GP Race No.4 - they changed the Course! I lived in Falmouth for a year (1976-77) so enjoyed the previous course - running through the town and out round by Pendennis Castle. So I did a 4-mile warm-up and ran round Pendennis, but I think I went too fast, and ended up not running very well in the race, but it was tougher and a lot of peoples times were slower. Pasty - which I think I quite enjoyed (don't make a habit of it) Also - it was a sunny day!
