sLickster Pretty pleased with how this went. Plan had been to knock out just under 7 minute miles thoughout and that was what I managed, keeping pretty even splits all the way. Only one over was 8th mile, which I walked through the water station as had somehow (maybe because of a slight short incline) got cramp in my right arse cheek! This hung around for a couple of miles, but I could continue to run through it. A garmin recorded distance of 13.27, meant a watch average of 6.56mm, though this will actually be 7.01 for the time against an exact distance... Technically 13 min 30sec HM PB :P
