But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Boingy BEFORE - Too much xmas pud and not enough training means there's not much chance of a pb here. AFTER - Blimey, don't know where that came from, I went and knocked 10s off my pb, and went under 20mins for the first time ! Why is running just so damn unpredictable ? :-)
