percyw This is a gem of a race - a nice flat start before climbing up to the Erksine Bridge and down before a loop to climb back up the bridge again and down before a flat /down 3km to finish---great encouragment all the way round from the marshalls who were drenched - a nice goody bag when finished with a good medal but it wasn't finished there - back up to the sports centre for a nice warm cup of tea and a selection of home made cakes to scoff into - These smaller events show the big city races how they should be organized - a massive thank you to all organized and volunteer and will be certain to come back
