Boycie Good long run in preparation for Man v. Horse - Marlborough Downs 20 the following week! UPDATE: Great event - killer hills in the first 4 miles really sunk some tiredness in. Come the 7 mile point and back past the start/finish bit - I was quite tempted to stop. Regretted not stopping almost instantly as we ran past and then straight up another nasty hill, but come about 9 miles it was all sort of okay, as I got used to feeling generally shagged. Had a good battle with one guy, who much stronger on the ups, but I was absolutely flying on the downs! Finished 8th overall! Dogtanian Awesome race. Started getting cramps on the down at five miles so knew I would be in trouble. Struggled in the last half with cramp and had to have a 30 second stop in the last mile to stretch the legs out. Great race but must train more on hills for this one next year!

Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs) Fabulous run with views that are truly breathtaking, we stopped a couple of times to take photos and to refuel, didn't want to hurry it and miss the atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. Tough hills!
