Ands Fab conditions for me! Wet, cold, flat! Not raced for 6 weeks, had hols and working hard to get back in there, ran hard last night and prob shouldnt have, but hey, I just love it! Pleased with time. Only 3 of us runners in the North Terrace pub afterwards - shame on the rest of you!!

Boab Absolutely pishing it down. Pleased with PB, but overaken by 5 or 6 in the last half mile. Died a death.

Grey Badger Rained all through warm up and race. Set off much too fast and got overtaken by lots of people during 3 to 4km. Finished 30sec faster than i had aimed for so not too bad.

Screeners Thrilled with time on night as just wanted to beat 30 mins but afterwards felt I should have gone faster - very flat and fast course and I think I held myself back too much at start. Great goody bag at end. Weather terrible - torrential rain - at one point couldn' t see for all the water streaming into my face.
