Vickyy This is 4.8 miles, figure of 8 course - found it tough after rowsley - but great course. Worked hard, but couldnt catch woman in front - think I finished 5th lady overall and won 1st F35 (first of many I hope - now that I am a vet :-) )

SPKoF this race is 4.77 miles. Unless you follow the bloke in 5th the wrong way despite having done the course before and add on a further third of a mile :( Still, only dropped from 6th to 7th but sadly the people who went past me were seniors so dropped from 3rd senior to 5th. Still did a CB!
