Ekiden Marathon Relay

RickD The ekiden marathon relay is run in Woodbridge, Suffolk annually. It consists of a team of six people running different distance legs over the marathon distance. There are 3-5km legs, 2-10km legs and one 7.2km leg. The couse is quite undulating to say the least.
