Blister What a fantastic event! We got another guy from Bristol & West AC to join me and Dochart. It was an undulating course on wet un-even pavements around the park so I would say worth around 10 seconds compared to a track. I did the first leg started fast, stayed with a guy until the hill then lost him and finished my leg in 3rd place. I was a bit disappointed with the time, I would have liked to have run more like 5:15, but I have learned more about pacing now and I think a quicker time should be achievable next time. Our team came 3rd and we got a medal each and I got a goody bag - all for just £2!!!
