Debstir Found this course really tough today, but very enjoyable too. There did seem to be more uphill than downhill in this race, and the uphills seemed even steeper on the return leg! Perfect conditions for a x-country. I might be slow but at least I enjoy it!

Plussing As Which Placed 10th. 2nd Carnegie finisher. 3rd ladies team. Had a good strong run but legs let me down a bit in the sprint finish (ie pretty non existent!)
