Blister My legs were very sore before the start, warmed up and felt tired but not really bad. Started off steady and keep to a reasonable pace, but didn't push too hard. This year was probably tougher mostly because a lot of it was on long grass and you had to work hard to fight through it, and Dundry hill at the end was a killer! I finished 10th overall in the end and 1st in my category again (16-24) so was pleased with that, especially on tired legs.
