hannkies Decent night. Was trying to work out how shorter this was to previous years ( missed out the grassy bit at the start and finish due to conditions ) and reckoned a minute and a half max. That being so, I would have had a course best on a tough route. Finished 3rd, lost the leading 2 on the uphills which was a bit downheartening, but got into a good race for 3rd just sneaking it on a sprint. Clubmate Keith won which pleased me no end, and good runs by the rest of the Harriers including Connell so well done to them all. Position - 3rd of 87.

Gokeith I'd expect to beat my time from 2yrs ago,have been struggling with a hamstring problem,been away on holiday and didnt train much,was drunk every night and ate far far too much-perfect preparation for a faster time.Update Race was shortened with no out/in lap of grass loop so cant really compare time to previous,def would have beat it,finished in 33mins 38 secs and in 1st place overall so quite happy.Good night for our club too with Hannkies in 3rd place and a few vet category 1st places too.

wil e coyote best of 36 for this one................if i'm within 10 mins of this in the 08 version i'll be chuffed..............

connelld This is probably the best I have ran this sort of distance. If it was 10K, it's a PB by over a minute. Garmin measures it short (6.02 miles) but I'm sure I lost signal on third mile. Good race for Kilmarnock with GoKeith Winning abd Scott 3rd Overall. Avril and PurpleHippo both won Vet prizes for the girls.
